Arrived fast and no damage. Works as described.
Item arrived quick, like 2 days. No damage from delivery, I'll try and add pictures, so far it works. Definitely get this, plus it's the fitvids one for a lower price.

The stair stepper is amazing. The packaging and shipping material was great. The shipping company was not good at all. That said, the set-up/installer was great.

Amazing just as great as the ones at the gym!! So happy with it

Autostop
Delivery and assembly was simple. During use of the machine, twice automatically stopped. once at 15 minutes and another at 7ish minutes. This was done on a manual program with no time limit. Although the manual says 99:59 for a time limit, I experience this after a month of usage.
