I ordered this with the pictured rack but was sent a 4 post cage that these do not work on. This issue cannot be remedied because the required rack doesn’t exist at Walmart so I had to send the item back. Very disappointing to wait for something this awesome only to be let down and have to go through the hassle of returning items.

I'm frustrated because the two safety bars that are pictured in the main picture of the power cage weren't in the package I received. This power cage is for my kids, therefore, the cage isn't useful without the safety bars. I contacted Walmart via chat, and the only solution was to return for a refund reorder. That is insane. I spent a lot of time putting it together. To return it, I would have to take it apart, package it, take it to Walmart, reorder, and hope all parts are included next time. The simple solution that is customer friendly is to simply send me the safety bars... or give me a credit so I can go buy some aftermarket ones.

Good luck ordering anything from the Signature Fitness, FitVids or Fitwave Walmart stores. If it says sold and shipped by Walmart. Don't even think about ordering. I've literally had 5 to 6 orders where they sent me the wrong item or the product was damaged or it gets lost in transit. Why continue to order you ask? I'm trying to build a performance gym on an insanely small budget. It's been a big mistake to go to this route. With the time and gas spent going back-and-forth from Walmart, I could've just bought namebrand equipment. By the way, this is all liquidation equipment. The max that the parts are in literally have had dirt in them on multiple occasions. If you feel lucky go for it if not, don't waste your time for some liquidated items that they don't even check the product number before they ship it.

I have the PC-1 power cage and it's fantastic. All the accessories so far have worked really well. I ordered the Weight Plate Holder Accessorie (item C) and while it looks nice, it doesn't fit the power cage. The PC-1 Power Cage is a 2.5" by 2.5" square tubing, and the weight plate holder, accessorie C, is too small to fit. It is designed for a 2" x 2" frame. The part number I received was "Balancefrom WPH-2X2". I'll have to return them as the mounting brackets are way too small.

They sent me the wrong squat rack 2x. If you order signature fitness equipment, or from the walmart stores balancefrom, and or fitwave Id say you have a 25% chance of getting what you ordered. I cant even tell you how many times Ive had to go back to the store to return the wrong product they sent.

Missing the Steel Safety Spot Arms. Everything else is okay. The Dip bars diameter is are a little small. would have given positive review, but they didn't include a very important safety item!!!

Product seems sturdy and should work. However the safety bars pictured in the product page are missing from my order. Hope that the parts are shipped to me and that I can use the product.

This item arrived without the safety bars, which are clearly visible in the photo. Walmart says I need to contact the manufacturer, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that. Maybe leaving a review will get them to contact me.

The plate holders are specifically for 2x2 inch pipes and not the 2.35x2.35 pipes. All the other accessories match the 2.35 pipes but not the plate holders even though the description says otherwise. Very disappointed.

This item does not fit on the advertised power rack. I have a PC-1 series cage and its 2.5inx2.5in. These weight plate holders do not fit on the rack. They look to be for a 2inx2in cage instead. Do not buy, waste of time.
