Qaulity and Compression 15-20mmHg
The material and compression is good. Provides the support I need. This is my second time purchasing them. Just keep your toe nails cut and filed or they will tear through after a couple of times wearing them.

I have an issue with a previous purchase: 232CMLM Size ML 20-30 mmHg M-CT 07225 50% Nylon 25 % Spandex 25% Cotton Khaki. I've hardly ever used except recently when I just had to cut right side with scissors to remove. I'm pushing 84 yrs and don't have the muscle strength. I've washed and will be glad to send. I wish if you could replace with a Black Microfiber ML. Thank you. Ram Shahani 469-476-4889

Just what I wanted
Good Fit, comfortable, stay up, easy on and off. Did use the Sigvaris system to get the right size. Quality seems to be good, they are holding up well. I do wear socks over them to protect the foot portions against wear from the inside of my shoes.

My Sigvarus Dinner differ is
My Sigvarus Dinner differ is totally unusable by me. I cannot get my XXL sox I get from you on the cone also the suction is not strong enough to help. It has never been used and U have all the original packaging. Can I get credit and get socks in stead?
