Does not come with a physical user manual. I just google what id like to do and get appropriate instructions!!! Much better than searching 170 page digital manual !!

The cameo system is awesome. It cuts well and it is wider. The guide system takes some time to get used to. Like the different types of blades and materials you can use with it. The main thing is the software. It does not cost anything and it is user friendly. I appreciate the fact of using images and getting good results. I have started making stickers and it does a great job

I have the cameo 4 and wanted to get a bigger cutter so I ordered this one, I must say I was not disappointed at all. It is not only beautiful but cuts with such ease and not as noisy. Very pleased with my purchase!

The machine it's self I couldn't say, it turns out my laptop was too old to be able to run the software... just double check before buying! Overall the look and make of the machine was nice

Recommend! I have the cameo 3 and decided to upgrade after having had it for 7ish years. It's smooth, and I definitely love it, just kind of disappointed that it's still so loud. I also have a cricut explore 3 (mainly for stickers and the sticker function in DS) but it's so much quieter. I will say this, if you're debating- do it. It's a great investment and has soooo many more capabilities that cricut when design comes into play.

It really is a good product. Comes with an auto blade, charger, matt, and a cord to plug directly rather than using Bluetooth. Easy installation of the Silhouette studio. However, it is not very user friendly. Didn't come with physical instructions or manual. Rather, everything is online. I tried to calibrate the cutter; I looked up through several different websites to fix my issues. I just couldn't get the thing to calibrate correctly. It wouldn't cut the correct shapes even when the areas were correct on the screen. It wouldn't import my images correctly, different sizes different alignment every time. If you are someone who can calibrate these machines, I think this is better than a cricut, especially price wise.

no directions. having a very hard time figuring out how to use it. very frustrating.
