performs as it should, I really like the print and cut feature and the register mark reader capabilities. I am thrilled to have purchased the machine and new dedicated desktop PC to work from home. with. Silhouette design software is robust and the machine is pretty easy to learn with basic windows knowledge.

I purchasd this online from WM. Fast shipping and ardived well packaged. I have zero experience with this using this type of item. I purchased based on reviews and the capabilities. I wanted to make custom logo stencils of designs I have. Everything for instructions is on the website or finding people who have made tutorials. You then have to try and find someone else doing exactly what it is you are trying to do to have step by step instructions on how the item works. I could not find that, and the companies website was not helpful. I returned the item and Im paying to have the stencils made. It was the easier option. Im sure this device is great but I'd make sure you can find a video online of someone doing what you want on your machine and a fairly recent version of the software first. The learning process could be a lot longer other wise. Thecstar rating is for the machine, the software and information to use it would be negative stars.
