I recommend the product. Not the saler due to not able to connect the machine to the laptop it won't register the machine . Am waiting on a response back from saler. It was a gift from my husband. And we both disappointed. Also it was taking to long to load next day I checked and it has 11 hours to go and. I disconnected because for me it was looking like a scam . Have look for video on installation and my cousin has one and it doesn't take that long. My husband bought it on Walmart online and I should've read more the reviews and the return policy. Saler doesn't want to be returned to Walmart am hooping to hear back from them.

Fast shipping on the original order. The machines feeding wheel basically crumbled the 1st day I use it. They got back to me immediately and I took it to ups 2 day later. Now the problems start. It was over a month before they got me my replacement. When I emailed them, they admitted to forgetting to send out my replacement. Fast forward to me actually receiving my machine. 2nd use and the same exact thing happens. Now they have put me off long enough that they don't have to "deal with me" and sending me back to Silhouette. I happen to have a business where I run multiple machines of the same type. For some reason...my Cameo I bought off Amazon is working fine. Donna seems to think my issue is that they are not giving me the answers I want when the truth is...I'm tired of businesses not following through with the products they sell. If working with Silhouette is such a problem for them...as Donna says it is...then don't sell that brand. The Cameo is great when they work...do yourself a favor and don't use Swing Designs
