It works great. Easy to use and you are able to steep fresh tea leaves,etc. as long as you want easily for personal preference.

Purchased for my Friend who is a Big Tea Drinker. She loved it.

What I like most is that it is easier to fill with loose-leaf tea; however, the spring is always popping out and when I go to strain my tea, the lid pops open. Thankfully the tea is wet and doesn't fall out into my cup.

Don't really know. Bought this as a gift for a friend who drinks tea, I don't. It looked like it would do the trick well and easily.

I didn't give this 1 star because the design is amazing, material is awful. make this with sturdy plastic, metal or silicone. I will pay more for something not made by what seems to be a 3D printer. fell apart already, plunger won't go back in, screen came off and won't go back on. Not everything needs to be cheap materials, contrary to popular belief people will pay more for a good design with good materials.

The design is brilliant, the product falls apart easily and Tea leaves go everywhere.

Flimsy, falls apart in water— impossible to get a cup of tea made. Regret buying it. I would never recommend this product.
