Silk Nextmilk Whole Fat Milk Alternative, Oat Milk and Plant-Based Blend, Dairy-Free, 59 oz.

The current favorite in our household. We favored Oatly before, and find this NextMilk to be even better for our uses. I haven't drank dairy in over 10 years, but this is the closest thing so far to what I recall whole dairy milk being like, in thickness and taste. My coffee drink of choice is cold or iced, and this works great for that, as well as in soups and other cooking. However, I do find that it separates badly when I add it to hot coffee. With Oatly, I'd sometimes heat and froth the milk, which I wasn't able to do with NextMilk. That's not a deal breaker for us, but it might be for some.

My child is allergic to dairy products and have tried just about every non dairy milk there is and Silk Whole Milk is the only one my child would drink! I have started cooking with it as well and my other family members can’t tell a difference! Silk Whole Fat is also the only one that remains in stock at our local stores as well so I know we will never run out. We will be customers for life!

Super SAD to find out this product has been discontinued. I hope SILK makes a replacement for this because it was the best tasting milk alternative I've found. I started drinking it in 2023. The closest thing to actual milk I found. Sincerely, Crying over spilled milk.

We typically don’t use whole milk, but we’re really enjoying using the Next Whole Milk Alternative s a creamer for our coffee. We love that it’s plant based, too.

I've been searching for a keto friendly nut free milk for the longest and I'm happy to say that I finally found it!! I have a nut allergy and most people following a keto lifestyle will use almond or coconut milk. Obviously almond milk is out and all the unsweetened coconut milks I've tried taste horrible!! I do enjoy oat milk but it has too many carbs for a ketogenic lifestyle. But this silk next milk is exactly what I've been looking for!! The blend of coconut milk %26 oat milk is not only low in carbs but also tastes delicious!! It's pretty creamy %26 tastes very close to whole milk. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nut %26 dairy free milk substitute. Silk please never discontinue this milk it's perfect for me and my needs.

I was having problems with lactose intolerance and bought this since I had a coupon. My spouse brought me a bowl of cereal for breakfast and this tasted so much like real milk that I was scared to eat the cereal thinking he mixed up which milk I wanted. It is really very good.

Really good taste. Has enough fat and cream-like consistency to use in coffee. It would be nice to get this in a glass gallon. A bit pricey for only 1/2 gallon.

So I’ve tried soy milk, almond, and coconut and other brands of oat milk but this is by far my favorite. I feel like it’s the closest I’ve gotten to the taste of milk and I love milk but cannot drink it anymore without having digestive issues. This will be my new favorite drink.

loved this the first time i bought it. super creamy and really could give dairy milk a run for its money. this time however the one i got was completely bad by the time i got to use it. i dont know if it was stored incorrectly at the store prior to pickup or if its just a bad batch but it tastes completely sour and rancid. unfortunately had to dump out my coffee and smoothie this morning after just openeing it. expiration date is still over a week away. normally non dairy milk is still good even long after so something must have gone awry with this one. will probably be a while before i try it again considering i have no time to take a return all the way back to the store when i use pickup to avoid exactly that.

I have alpha-gal syndrome and can no longer have dairy. I was so excited when I found Nextmilk, it tasted so much like regular milk that I was able to use it for everything. When they discontinued it I explained my situation, they told me about their other products. How is that helpful? I responded that none of the other products tasted like actual milk, they never responded back. Thanks for nothing. I've recently changed to Chobani extra creamy oat milk, it's close. Won't be buying any Silk products again since they don't care about what their customers want.
