The best pillow cases are those made of satin and silk. They really do make a difference in how messy your hair looks after a night of sleep. These covers feel nice and look nice. I did not notice that the silk was an improvement over my satin covers.

The Silk Pillow Case is soft well made and has a tiny nice zipper attached.This Mulberry silk is a beautiful shade of blue but They offer a variety of beautiful colors , and I would not advise putting this in the washing machine,hand wash it with the right liquids so that you can preserve your pillow without coming online crying because you refuse to read instructions.

Silk pillowcase arrived inside a zippered bag and envelope wrapping inside walmart paper mailer. It looked small at first but fit my standard yet puffy pillow perfectly. I like that it zippers so that it doesn't fall off and the light blue is very pretty. I hope my hair and skin are happy.

I hear so many people swear by silk pillowcases for less frizzy hair so I finally decided to try it. I always wake up with wild, crazy hair. I will say that I still woke up with my bad cowlick on the back of my head but. my hair does seem less frizzy. The pillowcase is very soft and comfortable. I was afraid it wouldn't fit my expensive gel pillow but it fit perfectly and zipped up with no issue. I also thought maybe the zipper would be uncomfortable while sleeping, but nope, never noticed it at all.

this is not silk, as they have stated. i have a Blissy silk pillow case and another, also a silk gown. this isn't silk. read the 1 star reviews on Amazon. i gave 2 stars because it is a well sewn case with a hidden zipper that works well. also a lovely blue gray color. this is a nice case if you're not looking for silk. it was packed in a paper envelope, inside a plastic bag. sealed plastic is a no no for silk.

Well manufactured, tight seams. Real silk. Pretty color. Looks great on the pillow. Silk protects your face, hair while sleeping. Smooth skin, no wrinkles. This is such a nice silk pillowcase for well under $20. It is a beautiful color- just like the picture and is real silk. The zipper is well sewn and sturdy and seems like it will hold up to years of use. I think these would make an excellent birthday or Christmas present for any lady or man for that matter:)

Very silk soft, and comfortable to sleep on. My head slides comfortable across this pillowcase and my fine hair doesn't get caught like in some cloth materials. And lets talk about the color! The lavender color is so pretty. I will be purchasing more for my other pillows.

As the owner of only one silk item that I know of, I'm not an expert on what is and isn't real silk, let alone Mulberry Silk. You'll need to scroll to the bottom to see what I think might be that real test, completely unconfirmed by any scientific evidence but my own! The silk item I own is a top which I've had for 45 years and only this past year it began to fray at the edge of the seams. This pillowcase is even smoother than it is, and the fabric thicker. My top feels like air when I wear it, and responds amazingly to temperature changes, staying comfortable at a large degree range compared to any other fabric I've ever worn. I really don't know what to say about this pillowcase. It feels like pure luxury as for the smoothness. I've read that real silk feels warm to the touch, rather than cool when you place your hand on it. That's true of my top, but not of this pillowcase. It feels cool. I looked diligently for a loose thread to burn, as that is the only real test that I could find, but I couldn't find even one loose thread! The stitching is tiny and very completely finished. If the stitching is any test of the truth in advertising, then this is as high-quality as it gets. The case is so nice that I'm not about to take it apart to test one thread! I have to wonder if the thread itself isn't also silk, as it's very thin. As for the wrinkling of face and effect on hair, I'm not certain. I haven't had any creases on my face in the mornings using this, but my hair is the same 75 year old smashed disaster as usual. It isn't as greasy as it has been, and I haven't had to use my Clean Freak dry shampoo once since using this pillow case, soooo . . . . maybe this silk pillowcase is the real deal at an incredible price???!!! If it helps, I'm using this on a goosedown pillow. The pillow itself feels more firm with this case on, but I think that's a combination of the fit and the fact that I washed the pillow prior to putting this case on, so it's fluffier than it was. I put another pillowcase inside, too. Even the wrinkled inner pillowcase isn't transferring to creases in my face.
