Broken teardrop earrings
I purchased 3 pair of this style of clip on earrings. They are very pretty. The only problem is the silver pair arrived broken. The clip on the back where you clip on your ear is broken so I can't even wear these. I was excited about the purchase because I really needed some dressy earrings. I actually contacted the company who sells these earrings and told them my experience. A customer service agent sent me a email to provide my order number which I gladly provided, then I never heard back from them again after that. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company because the customer service is terrible. I paid $10 each for these earrings and I feel robbed. To top it off the company brags about the high quality of their products what a joke. I don't fault Walmart.com but the company who I made this purchase with. I will never do business with them again. The lost a great customer who loves to shop for fashionable jewelry.
