5’ Portable Wheelchair Ramp for Home Steps, 600 lb, Scooter, Silver Spring

this thing is great, i use it for a wheelchair getting up 15 inches in to the house and i can do it myself if i go backwards. i also place a door mat over the lip on each side to smooth it out and it makes it possible to do myself, although a second person is recommended. you'll have to put some wood blocks under it to support it. drill the screws in at the end to anchor it and you have a solution to needing an expensive wheelchair ramp, if youre broke like me lol

I didn't measure the rise correctly so the ramp was not long enough. I talked to (Fran) in sales and she helped me with the correct size. The ramp was a quality item and the staff is very helpful.

When the first ramp arrived I immeadly knew there was a defect. I contacted the customer service dept to the ramp co they listened to my concerns, resent me a new ramp with a postage paid label for the return of the defected one. It was a extre ,may pleasant and easy experience. I will buy from them again, and recommend them to all who may need a ramp

The ramp was delivered on time. Easy to open and assembly. It fit perfectly on my steps and it allowed me to put my Dad in a wheelchair and get him in and out of the house, as it got to the point where he could no longer use a walker. Mobility is so important. The representative was so helpful when I called and guided me to the right ramp purchase for my stair situation.

Thought this ramp would be a LOT more work to use. Talk about easy. Opened the box, pulled out the ramp, unfolded it and voila...DONE! The pins to hold the ramp at the top even fit right into the locking holes for the drop locks on our narrow box Ford E350 truck.

Instructions lacked a little. Another photo or two plus purpose of pin etc would be nice to know. The ramp surface had minor damage where the black part was torn in one corner and each side had very minor “scrapped off” sections in the middle near edge that connects to steps. It was puzzling why the two sections fit with a wider separation at bottom edge as compared to top.

The ramp was received with a manufacturing defect that wouldn't allow it to fully open. There was a weld on one section that interfered with the mating section when unfolding the ramp. I contacted customer support, sent pictures and promptly got a new one, but it had the same defect so since I needed it badly I didn't bother with contacting customer service again. I chiseled the weld that was interfering with proper operation and it now works great. I suspect all of them are made that way and they just don't get tested after assembly. Anyway, I'm still happy with my purchase, but quality loses two stars.

I ordered a 12' ramp and a 2' extension. The 2' extension only extends the ramp 1' as the other 12" overlaps the 12' ramp. I returned the extension because it did not extend the ramp 2'.

Did not receive. Delivery was delivered to wrong address by FedEx. Company refused to resend and made me pay for the one that was not delivered to me.
