it needs instructions page that explains how best to use it in application. it took several tries to use it right and still unsure if done correctly.

It is strong, great fit and durable. Great cover for our expensive mobility device.

We use this cover when we transport my chair on the carrier. It's heavy enough that it doesn't move around a lot in the breeze but it's light enough to be handled easily. it's easily secured over my chair and onto the carrier. It's waterproof and it's durable. The scooter cover arrived within a couple days as expected. Installed it the next day and found it to be larger than the old one purchased 10 years ago. There are no instruction on securing it to the Tilt a Ramp and straps provided do not match the website description, but it seems to work. The fabric is as heavy as older unit and I foresee many years of service. I'll just need to find some additional ways to secure it. It would be good to have a reflective stripe on "end / back" for the black cover hid all my reflectors on Tilt a Ramp so rack is hard to see in parking lot behind my pickup.
