From the moment I unboxed this goal I was amazed! The build quality and the design top notch. I assembled this by myself so it took about a half hour longer than advertised. Once assembled and water added to the base…The stability was incredible. I weigh about 175 and I could hang on the rim and bounce up and down and it never even flinched or considered tipping over. Moving it around with its wheel barrel design is so easy. Not only all this but, it’s made right here in basketball country…Indiana, USA! I’d definitely recommend this product
Good quality. Easy to raise and lower. Took about 3 hours to assemble. With water used to weigh down, it is not really easy to move. So far, has gotten a lot of use.
It's a nice hoop. Better than your regular portables, but still a portable. The rebound off the backboard isn't like a glass, in-ground hoop. The customer service from the actual maker was fantastic. My hoop blew over the first night and the actuator broke off (I hadn't filled it with water yet). I emailed the manufacturer and they sent the replacement part free of charge.
Very sturdy portable basketball goal. This is the second one of these I've purchased, with the first in use for at least three years now. Excellent assembly instructions and well organized parts and hardware. It took me between three and four hours to assemble.
This great quality hoop is sold at a very competitive price at Walmart. Delivery process was very smooth, considering how large and heavy an item this is.
Our grandsons love the basketball goal. We have a permanent one outside but wanted a portable one to put in our building so they could practice in the winter.
The quality of materials seems really good. The backboard is solid, and the metal of the rim and pole are more robust. The nuts/bolts are well organized, and the manual is easy to follow. The fact that it has been on sale for several weeks doesn't hurt either. I think we will be able to enjoy this hoop for several years.
I just assembled it and it wasn't too difficult. I'm not very handy (though my wife is) and we got it assembled in a couple hours. It's easy to move and easy to adjust the height, which isn't always true for these kinds of units. The backboard has the deadening effect for bank shots that is common for these units, but not true to play on a basketball court. The oddest feature is that, if you make a shot on the 10-foot setting, there's a good chance the ball will hit the lip of the base and deflect 50 feet away. It's like punishment for making the shot. Lower settings don't have this feature as much.
Don't buy this product. I had the bottom filled with sand and bungee corded to my chain link fence and it still blew over in the wind and the backboard shattered in the grass! Very poor quality. Save your money and just buy a cheap one for your kids because ones like that that are supposed to be stronger are still just at poorly made. Very disappointed and angry.
It was shipped from 3rd party seller VIPoutlet and the box was completely destroyed, how the seller or FedEx allowed the product to move to my location is still baffling, it was even labeled wrong on the website.
