I thought the heart and initial was going to be just a bit bigger but that's ok. Bought it on sale and as a gift for a friend, I think they will love it.
Item arrived on time. Display box is pretty and item looks as expected.
The heart was very small looks more like for a child than an adult women. Does come with a bag and cleaning cloth which is nice feature.
Packaged beautifully! I was looking for something sturdier than what I got. Pictures can be deceiving. Great looks and quality but very dainty and tiny links.
I ordered three bracelets. They were supposed to have a J on them. One had M one head O and one had a I. I need the. To be returned. I'm very disappointed

The bracelet is extremely thin and appears very breakable. Extremely disappointed because it was a gift for an 18th birthday. Probably going to return it, so we're not embarrassed. It's sterling silver, yet it has a very cheap looking appearance. Definitely recommend looking in store at jewelry.

The bracelet is very tiny, looks like it’s cheaply made and when I had issues returning one of them in store, I reached out to the seller to ask for a refund from their end. They did zero to help. Very disappointed as a whole. Will not purchase from them again
