great way to get kids back outside playing!!
my grand daughter is 8 and loves hers! at first she was scared but picked up the steering within minutes. she also loves all the lights. I bought a helmet and pads for safety and bought a light for her helmet. great investment, she's been outside every day since receiving it on her birthday.

Electric wire cable is on the outside of the handle bar “stick” (?) My grand daughter was falling over and tried to catch herself but her foot got caught in the exposed cable. She hit her head pretty hard. Design flaw needs to be addressed.

Instructions on how to assemble is confusing and not clear. No bar code or video to watch on how to assemble. So I will rate is 1 because there's no zero. Try to contact them but was told they can't transfer me to customer service.

I need a refund or another scooter.
Your product is bad; the lights break after three days of use, the battery only lasts a few hours, and the rear brake is useless—it's better to stop it with your foot.
