Partial refunds should be a thing
Light bulbs arrived intact, but the filaments on two were broken, making them useless. I need the bulbs and dont want to hassle with a return for $2, so I am keeping them, but wouldn't buy online again. There needs to be a way to get a partial refund.

Light bulbs is not secured..
Simba Lighting... Y'all I have to do better on y'all packing it don't make no sense that I ordered 10 light bulbs and two of them is broken because you only pack a little paper at the top of the box... No padding or nothing to secure the light bulbs at all.
