Simba Lighting Halogen R7s 118mm 120V 300W T3 J Type Double Ended Bulbs, 5-Pack

I use these bulbs in a floor lamp over my reading chair. I bought them to replace the LED version bulbs, which use only about 40 watts vs these bulbs at 300 watts, because the LED simply were not bright enough, being purportedly 200w equivalents. I can accept the 300 watts for just a few hours each evening, as long as I can see what I'm reading, and these bulbs cost only $2.00 each vs. $8.00 for each LED.

I have the classic 90s tall black ceiling faced lamp and the lightbulb lasted almost 30 years. when it went out I had no idea what light bulb to get but these are the right ones.

Extremely bright, the only issue I would encourage first-time users to pay close attention to is where the light is placed because they do emit considerable heat

It was a light-weight item, and a windy day. I was thankful to get timely notification of delivery so it didn't blow away. Perhaps next time such a small item can be put inside the screen door. Excellent order fulfillment and we appreciate it.

The price was great for 4 lights haven't used them yet, so not certain about anything else

These are great and last for years one of my sconces just went out after five years Of use I gave it a four instead of five star because the first one I pulled out was broken But for less than $10 this was a great deal

Two were damaged right out of the box. Waste of money.
