Simenmax 6qt Electric Pressure Cooker, 12-in-1 Multi-Cooker with LED Screen, Slow Cooker, Rice Maker, Steamer, Silver

Very bulky, lid is clumsy. Takes forever to come up to temp, so do a preheat. How did it manage to burn rice on the rice setting with exact measurements? Not worth it.

haven't used it yet but it has all the settings I require a lot bigger than I thought it was.

I followed the instructions but the lid keeps beeping despite following instructions so I have no clue now what to do.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your store while attempting to return a defective product (a pot). I visited the store three times to return the item. Despite having confirmation from the manufacturer that the item could be returned without the original packaging, the store associate flatly refused to accept it, which was incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. Furthermore, I was only refunded the warranty amount, and I have been told that I must wait two weeks to receive the rest of my money. Given the amount of time and effort I have wasted, this process has been entirely unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution regarding my refund and a review of the return policies and staff training at this location. As a customer, I feel my time has been complete "Order number: 792534730184

This unit fit all of my criteria, and while I was a bit leery of never hearing of this brand before, I decided to forge ahead. It performs with excellence. In fact, it is 100 more watts of power than my Crock-Pot brand multi-cooker (which bit the dust via the heating element failing). I love everything about my new multi-cooker and I'm more than pleased with it. I highly recommend the unit. The first unit I was sent, however, had a very large dent in the exterior housing. I contacted the seller, who was very prompt in replying and sent me a replacement unit, which was not damaged. The seller has excellent customer service. I'm happy all the way around!

VERY SATIFIED ABOUT THIS PRODUCE. IT COOKS VERY,VERY GOOD.

The Value does NOT work in the seal position!!!

I do not recommend this buying this product due to the fact that the seller does not send you your item. Everything is being delayed so that particular item that's showing is a Knogo.

It's ok, it's just that the inside of the cover where the rubber band is I'm already seeing rust appearing and I have it now less than 3 months. I have to use var keepers friend to get them off

works great
