Do you know where my order is? I have not received my recliner cover. It was due to ship out on Friday and now they told me yesterday it would be arriving late and I have not received it yet.

Not so easy to assembly. Two persons may better better to do so together. But when done, it's sturdy and firm. Looks good inside any living room.

THIS RECLIN CHAIR LOOKS GREAT, THE FABRIC IS OF GOOD QUALITY, HOWEVER, WHEN YOU RECLIN THE CHAIR, YOUR BODY WEIGHT HAS TO KEEP THE POSITION IN PLACE WHICH IS VERY DIFFICULT AND UNCOMFORTABLE.

I had to wait three extra days to get my second chair after Walmart then told me that there is no refund me my money and I stand not received it yet

Hear and vibrate excellent. RECLINING IS TERRIBLE….Cannot lift legs without entire chair laying all the way back as if you are going to sleep in the chair. Seller customer service was excellent.

The chair I received is not the chair I paid for. I could not ship it back because I don't have a printer for the label. This limits "free returns" for disabled people. The company's solution was to refund $20, which isn't even half the shipping fee alone, so I've got $20 and an expensive chair that isn't what I ordered.
