After I had a hip replacement this chair help me a whole lot. I am thankful that I look into the Walmart app and seeing this chair this chair is very comfortable and the price is just right.

This was hard to put together. Not like other chairs. Wooden parts had to bolted together, then the fabric had to be put on it. Stretching the fabric over unfinished wood was difficult. It seems to be cheaply made. I hope it lasts. So far the heat and massage work, but the massage on high is loud. I wouldn't buy it again.

I did not expect to out the whole chair together. The wooden sides was very unexpected. The covers for each side didn't fit exactly how they should. The material is ok. I guess I paid for what I got.

Putting the chair together and wiring the chair was like putting a puzzle together. Disappointed there was not more cushioning. There is no cushioning above where the cupholder is . The sides have large cut outs.in the wood that are covered by fabric. But no problems with the operation of the chair.

items original description misleading. very uncomfortable feel plywood through fabric. It may be made for slight framed person below 130lb. GARBAGE ! I am rethinking walmart for not warning me of this

Very uncomfortable! Not easy to assemble. The description says easy 15 minute assembly. NOT, came in one box twenty pieces. You have to put it together from bottom to top. You have to assemble the arm's made of wood, then fight the covers over them. I have had a stroke, and had to have a handyman come over to assemble it. He said that he had never seen a recliner so difficult to assemble. The heat and massage are VERY weak. Learned my lesson on trying to save money. Went to a local furniture store and purchased a very nice lift recliner already assembled, little more expensive but well worth it . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!

I received it two days ago put it together it worked fine then went to bed woke up and it no longer lifts or goes down I've unplugged it and replugged it it still isn't working don't recommend buying

Awful chairs. Very uncomfortable. They served the purpose while we t took care of 97 year old family member.
