SIMI Core Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Wine, 375 mL

Obviously, you can't go wrong with anything from Sonoma, but this Simi bottle takes the cake! It brings a full body, but not overly aggressive flavor. At first opening, the aroma catches you, and you will not be disappointed.

Smooth and delicious red. Always looking for a great red that both my husband and I like and this is a great one. Will buy again and good to keep on hand for when friends come over.

Perfect with a steak that has good butter sauce on it. It's tasty and the aroma will swoon you. The value per bottle makes it worth each glass. Packaging is very simple and to the point.

We found it have a full bodied taste with oak undertones. Went very well paired with our Italian pasta meal. Certainly, will purchase again to have on hand for entertaining. Will recommend to family and friends. I liked knowing that this product delivered and would make a great hostess gift!

I had this wine for the first time at dinner, and I fell in love with Simi. Their wine is full of flavor and is absolutely delicious. It completely met my expectations and is my go to whether I am ordering a bottle at a restaurant, or bringing a bottle over with friends.

I was on my way to the hotel I was staying and wanted to get a bottle of red wine for the night. I stopped by the nearest store, it was late. I couldn't find what I was looking for and I saw SIMI. Thought I would tried something new and WOW! The SIMI wine was better than the brand I was drinking. SIMI had a nice color kind of dark and inky purple color. I took a first swish in my mouth, a right acidity and high tannin levels. It leaves my taste buds with a lingering flavor with each sip. The dry taste was pleasant and the alcohol level was just right. Best of all the SIMI red wine went down my throat very smooth. My new brand of wine: SIMI Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine!!

Simi is consistent red, Simi Cabernet Sauvignon medium balanced, and a great table wine! It's an affordable Cabernet that is great for a party because it satisfies most wine drinkers. I would definitely buy again.
