Ok, I knew it was smaller than the other threadmills I've had, but make sure you understand how small this is.
I'm 5'6" so average height. I literally stepped off the back while walking. I was consciously it was shirt, but off i went, and hurt my knee. It really needs to be longer. I was hoping my husband could use, I checked the weight allowances, up to 300lb, but he's 5'9", I fear he'll step off the back of it. We're 68 and 69, we can't afford injuries.
SECOND, the sides where you can stand off on the side of the belt, are very NARROW. BE CAREFUL. It came close to getting me again!
I'm hoping i can adapt to this threadmill, but please know these 2 things can cause a very unwanted injury.
Also, but my mistake, there is no incline. My head was spinning after looking at a 100 threadmills and i missed that.
