I was reading comments to find the size out. It is small. I have a 10 month old I used corn to put in it instead of sand for many reasons. This is suitable for however small to about three years old. If you have taller kids I'd recommend getting something bigger.

This crab is extremely well made & easy to clean. I got it for my puppies & they love it. I can put toys in it for them & they love getting in & out. Thank you for a great product! :paw_prints:

Cute crab
This sandbox is so cute! It is small, but I was looking for a smaller box. This is maybe 1/3 the size of a full size sandbox. The kids are really enjoying it.

It's definitely small. i pictured it bigger because the item picture with 2 kids made it seem more spacious. it will work for now until we upgrade to a more sizeable one. the lid doesnt really keep water out but im sure it will prevent animals from going to the bathroom in it. my toddler loves it.
