I love that the floor is only 17 inches from the ground. It has many ways in and out and options to/for climbing and exploring.

My granddaughter is enjoying her new outdoor playset. Amazing quality at an amazing price. So happy with my purchase. Easy to assemble as well.

I have 2 little ones (1&3) and have gone through a few different play sets bought second hand for the kids. They get bored of them not long after because irs just a slide or just a house. We bought this 3 pieces set (car house and slide) and it's a HUGE HUGE hit. They play on it every single day without fail and we brought it inside for the bad weather. It is worth every single penny and more

This is the 3rd Simplay3 piece I have purchased. I bought the activity slide, so got this one to connect. One, it took me over a half hour just to do the first step, attaching a door. It was a tight fit and the hole did not line up. After that, it was easier, but SO many screws! In regards to the design, I would have preferred the middle side door was eliminated. When it opens, it cuts into the inside in such a way that it is awkward for another child to be inside. At least the other door opens to sit flush against a wall. I don't think 2 doors were necessary with the open end. I was disappointed to find that even my one year old was too tall to walk across the bridge to the connecting piece; instead she has to get down to crawl across. I changed the design, but the only other viable option was for the bridge to come off a door, not ideal, but at least no one would fall off the bridge crawling across. Also, I would have liked a second slide for this configuration, but was informed that the company does not sell the slide piece as a replacement part at this time. The ramp pieces, to climb up, have very shallow holes for small feet to use. I realize they are not open as they are also used as bridge pieces, but it does make it impossible for a toddler to use to climb up. I needed to add my own step stool. Had I saw this house in person before purchasing, I probably would have passed due to the design issues. I did not buy the 3rd piece, not in my price budget, but did not like the step down to the slide area in that design. I can see my daycare kids falling off the step and rolling down the slide. All this being said, the piece is very sturdy and the quality plastic you want to see in a child's climbing toy. Just wish more thought went into the design. I purchased this for 1-3 year olds.
Holes misplaced made assembly impossible without us having to redrill the holes (steps 1 and 2 - attaching the red doors). When fully assembled, did not seem as sturdy and high quality as the jeep section we attached it to. First time disappointed in this brand.

I ordered this quit a while back and it was missing three parts. 2 major pieces and screws. Still waiting on the pieces to arrive. Have called them 3 times and still no parts. For the price I paid you would think they would have been rushed. Cannot return because I have to pay a restocking fee.
