Works ok
Good price and they are still working 3 weeks later. Last year I bought two pack heat bulbs at a "smart" pet store and they lasted 10 mins. So these emitters give off no light. Supposed to be better for chicks. They are very hot up close so be careful. Not as much heat as a heat bulbs, same wattage. Fair for $10

Simple deluxe, heater
Simple deluxe Ceramic Heat lamp is OK to appoint when using it it blown and did not work five days after purchased. had to return it to get my refund due to it had a default.

heat lamp was purchased in preparation for extreme weather and arrived 2 weeks later and was left at the end of our driveway - unacceptable. I have since purchased another heat lamp that arrived in 2 days.

not much heat. bulbs give much more. need to buy porcelain adaptor to use safely
