Item was turned on its side and leaking when I received it (instead of standing straight up) and had wet the box it was in and other items within the box.

Seemed to work well on the white vinyl siding of our home. I would use it on a cloudy day and not in direct sun as it dries very quickly. It did remove the mildew on the north side of the house without a problem. All in all I would use it again.

Used this with a Yardforce 2000 PSI pressure washer to clean my house's painted wood siding, gutters, windows and painted concrete porches. It seems relatively benign, which I like - no noxious scents or chemical burn on my hands - and mostly gets the job done. It was less effective on mildewed paint and gutters than I had hoped, although it seems to have a mild bleaching effect that continues working itself in even after rinsing. Worked great on basic dirt/ pollen/ soot coating my house, and also pretty effective at removing mold and algae from my painted concrete porches. Overall, I would recommend it, but don't expect miracles.

I do not write a lot of reviews, this product worked as advertised. Highly recommend.

did not clean my deck

Walmart did not deliver the item but insisted they did and still charged me for an undelivered item. I will NEVER order from Walmart again!
