I love this! Arrived quickly, appears well-made. I had to get down on my hands and creaking knees to get to anything from the back of the old bathroom cabinet shelves. Now I can fill up the basket and easily slide it out. I am going to order three more, they are such a great help.

It was easy to put together and makes it so convenient, no reaching under the sink, it just rolls out to you! Very convenient for elderly people!!!!!!

Nice configuration. Slides in and out easily. Came with a plastic divider that can be inserted or not. I don't like the divider because it doesn't fit well but the rest of the product is great.

easy to install, lightweight. Basket did come bent but easy to bend back into shape. Great for very light items.

I bought some of these baskets for bathroom organization and the price at $18 was hard to pass up. Good for shoe-string budgets %26 rentals but they are not the quality i was looking for -should have known by the price point. These are not the ball-bearing type arm slides which will run you considerably more money but will be more secure.

Biggest complaint I have is that there's no "stopper" at the end of the basket. If you pull too hard, or too far, the drawer simply tilts down and falls out onto the floor. Some type of catch or mechanism to keep the basket from coming completely out is needed. Whoever engineered this product, obviously never tried to actually use it. Second, and more minor, I thought these were roll out drawers, but they're pull out. They slide along a frame that is bolted to the bottom of the drawer. You grab the front of the basket and pull it out. but not too far because it will fall out, onto the floor! I can live without having rollers. The basket was inexpensive compared to those with rollers, so I'll live with it.

Pricey piece of crap. slide the basket out and it tilts to the ground.

It's awful and not strong . Paid $30. For installation. Returning 2nd unit. Wasted 30 for installation.
