Best of all you don't have to rub you eyes to get the stubborn makeup off so thankfully that means no eyelashes will fall out. Overall this is a really great product and I especially like that it's not a two part remover like the ones you have to shake to get to remove everything now looking back on it that seemed kind of unnatural.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. It works efficiently, gets all my mascara and eye shadow off and it doesn't irritate my eyes or leave any residue in them. It's excellent.

I was looking for a gentle, non-greasy lotion formula for eye makeup remover. This is a watery formula, not a lotion. It doesn't seem much different than others on the market. You have to use with a cotton ball or pad with this remover. With a lotion, I don't have to. Disappointed. Will keep looking.

It's ok. It doesn't really remove the washable mascara as well as the Maybelline did . I have to use a lot more product, and rub a lot more vigorously . I really wish they didn't discontinue the Maybelline.

It didn't get the mascara off with out rubbing hard.

I thought I would give this product a try. I usually use the store brand of Neutrogena to remove my makeup, but I decided to try this instead. The product is terrible. It doesn't remove my eye makeup even after letting it soak on my eye. If you rub very much at all the product will get in your eye and burns really bad. I hate this product and plan to buy something else very soon.

I recently purchased Simple eye make-up remover as my local store was out of the brand eye make-up remover I always purchase. I will not purchase Simple eye-make up remover again as it does not effectively remove eye make-up. It requires the use of much more of the liquid and many more cotton pads than usual in an effort to remove eye make-up and even then remnants of mascara remain under my eyes upon awakening although I do not use waterproof mascara. I will definitely stock up on my usual eye make-up remover and steer clear of Simple eye make-up remover. I would not recommend this product to anyone; I would give it zero stars if the site would allow it.

I use the Simple face lotion and eye serum and love it, However the eye Make Up Remover does not work. I have to use two to three cotton balls with this stuff and rub really hard to get my makeup off. I just bought this product yesterday and have use 1/4th of the bottle??? I do use waterproof mascara and it seems this is what will not come off but your product insists that it removes waterproof mascara. I love the Simple line but thi product needs to be made better and more gentle!
