Simple Kind to Skin Micellar Cleansing Water, 13.5 fl oz

I was shopping in my local Wal-Mart and saw this product that claims to clean makeup that we can't see after using our daily cleanser and dirt in our pores using a white cotton ball. I use my Mia3 Clarisonic that even cleans deeper into the skin. I saw this Simple Micellar Cleansing Water I stopped, read about the product, saw the cheap price tag compared to may high end brands I have bought and thought why not give it a try too! I am so glad i did for the fraction of the cost of some I have bought. I put this product in my cart then walked over to the cotton balls. This "micellar cleansing water" made by Simple does exactly what it claims, I am honestly floored over this product. The product calls for using with a white cotton ball to wipe genitally on your face as always in a upward motion. I bought the 140 count Swisspers large cotton balls then glanced over to the White cloud cotton squares 160 count. I bought them both as with using makeup or facial products we can't have enough of them. I do find that the cotton squares work much better within using this product. Just squeeze the product on a couple of the squares and apply to your face. The dispenser on this product does have a top cover with a small hole where you just squeeze the product on whichever cotton balls you prefer. How to use this product for best use: Clean your face and neck with your face/neck cleanser, pat dry let your skin sit for about 3-5 minutes then apply the magic of the Simple "micellar cleansing water" with a cotton ball or cotton square pad. Please note I can only speak for this product. The cotton balls are great for dabbing this product while the squares are better for rubbing lightly, dabbing into the skin, never rub around on your face. It wouldn't hurt to purchase them both. Once you've used the micellar cleaning water after wash you'll look at the cotton ball/square and be as shocked as I was. There was oil in my pores i would have never known it was there and we all know what oil causes, yes breakouts, acne that leads to scars! below is what I have found using this product 1-2 times per day am and pm. I am a big shopper and many follow me on many websites, if you are one that follows me on Wal-Mart this product is a win, win as this is now my to go cleanser that will help with anti-aging. I do write many reviews as a shopper I wish more would write reviews on their "finds" as this product is well worth my time in reviewing. 1. This product does clean deeper into the pores we can't reach. 2. This product does feel refreshing after applied to clean dry skin. 3. This product does clean makeup deeply with no oil feel. 4. This product does leave your skin feeling hydrated after each use. 5. The price tag is right for a fraction of hand end brands. 6. This product can be used under your delicate eye area with no sting or burning. 7. This product leaves your face feeling soft and clean. 8. This product is for any skin type (even very sensitive skin). 9. This product has multi-vitamins. 10. You can't go wrong with this product. Ingredients: Water, (Aqua), hexylene glycol, glycerin, chamomilla recutita (matricaria), flower extract, panthenol, niacinamide, sodium ascorbyl, phosphate, peg-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, dmdm hydantion, cetrimonium chloride, tetrasodium edta, citric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, iodopropynyl and butylcarbamate which are many nice ingredients in the water cleanser by far this is a must for all of us beauty junkies out here.

I get the dryness many people have mentioned afterwards, but its not excessive. I use this even after an exfoliant and I still see dirt on my cotton balls, so needless to say it get down those pores deeply.

wonderful astringent

I received a sample of this amazing cleanser in my last Walmart beauty box. I do not why I waited so long to try it, but I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner. I used this this morning and let me just say, I will probably never by another facial cleanser. This stuff is amazing. I was a bit apprehensive at first because it states not to rinse off. I thought it would leave my face feeling greasy or oily. But I was pleasantly surprised. It took off all the dirt on my face and left it feeling soft and clean. I can't say enough how much I love this product and will be going out tomorrow to buy the biggest bottle I can find.

So I already knew that basically every micellar water, my face HATES. So that's kind of on me. I noticed that this one had a different looking formula than a lot of the others so I thought it was worth a shot. It does remove makeup very well. In a pinch if I needed to get something off I would pull this out. HOWEVER it does still dry me out terribly and makes the skin itchy and a bit pink. I would not recommend this for regular makeup removal unless you aren't sensitive to micellar water.

Is it supposed to have sort of a brown cloudy color to it and have an odd scent? The scent isn't that bad but it's definitely different. I've never used this before so I don't know if the color and the scent is normal for this product.

I didn't Know it was so watery. I thought it was like the gel cleanser I had bought in the store. So disappointed I ordered 4 bottles'

Been using this product for years, as soon as I opened this last bottle I immediately knew something was wrong. It had such an offensive, moldy odor. I was not comfortable using it. I check the expiration date, however there was none listed. It was clearly old or bacteria got into it somehow.

This micellar water and brand was my go to for my extremely sensitive skin. I use their micellar water, their face wash, their towlettes and their lotion. I not only loved their products, I relied on them. I tried so many products before and every one irritated my skin on some level. Simple wasthe only brand that I could trust. Last night I opened a brand new bottle of micellar water that I bought. Didnt even think twice about it and rubbed it all over my face. (Normally with a new product I have to test it on my wrist for several days before to make sure there is no reaction.) But this was a tried and true so I didnt hesitate. The first thing I noticed was that there was a smell. There never was a scent before. And within minutes my skin felt like it was up in flames. I washed my face 3 times with soap and water and rubbed ice cubes all over my face to help with the swelling for 30 minutes. (my eyelids were starting to swell) In the end I looked like a tomato and I cried. My skin was looking so nice this week despite the fires and smoke. I compared the ingredients with the old bottle and noticed they took out literally everything good for the skin and added a fragrance. I get that businesses are having trouble right now. But for you to literally abandon what your product name standa for just to save money is sickening. You should be ashamed. Lots of women like me relied on you and you let us down. I will discontinue buying all of your lines products. I will search for a new line. FYI, instead of making more profit, you will instead lose tons of loyal customers. You have lost me.
