Simple Mills Soft Baked Almond Flour Bars, Dark Chocolate Almond, 5 Count

I am on the AIP (Autoimmune Paleo) Diet and I love these bars for a go-to when I don't have time to bake for myself. I stick them in my bag for on-the-go snacks so my blood sugar doesn't get too low while I'm out and about. They taste great, have a lovely texture, and are not too small. When I am wanting something sweet, these hit the spot, but they are made with really clean ingredients and I can feel confident that I'm not going to get inflamed from eating them.

These are definitely soft! I don't like biting into hard bars. I love the ingredients and love that it's almond flour. They are a bit pricey but I feel a lot better eating this compared to other snack bars that I have had in the past. It doesn't spike my blood sugar or make me want to eat more.

so handy to grab when you need something in a hurry! i like that they are made with almond flour not regular flour. Great taste and texture. Fills you up adequately without being heavy! i really depend on these!

Wish the bars where in the store! Takes time to get them shipped. Like the chocolate almond and the banana nut would like to see the carrot nut also Like the peanut butter but not as much as the others.

i LOVE these!!they are clean,satisfying and DELISH!!!I hope Walmart doesnt stop carrying these!!!the price is less then the their competitor as well AND i can pick up 5 minutes from my house when I choose to and if its raining or whatever,they even load up my car!!you cant beat the service!!never going back to Ama%23$%!!

These cookie bars ate fantastic! They are soft and chewy! I do not like hard cookies anymore. The flavor and texture are great and the bars with chocate chunks are amazing. I also recommend the banana nut version!

Soft, and tasty. They are gluten free and soy free. That covers our allergies. A nice delicate flavor, too!

I wanted to rate it a five in a couple of places but it's priced a little too high. The texture was odd but I can't say it was bad. I loved the flavor and was nice to have something that wasn't overpowering with sweetness. This was meant to be a positive review but as I reread it it won't come across that way. LOL

So good, so healthy and SOOO convenient! Love having these for a quick breakfast when I don't have time to make anything, and when I get hungry during the day, it takes everything in me not to eat the entire stash! Every time I buy these, I buy in BULK because I know for a fact that I'm going to eat them ALL! Since finding them, I've recommended them to a bunch of people I know, and I'll keep doing it anytime I get the chance!

I decided to try these because they were a good price but I also thought they were vegan which they aren't. Before realizing they had egg in the ingredients, I ate one and didn't like the soft nuts. If not for the soft nuts and the egg, I'd probably buy them again
