i got exactly what I paid for.

it perfect for Simple Mobile HOTSPOT. It has $49.99 for 40 GB and when I order them from Walmart I only pay $45.00 dollar. and no tax.

This is for a Hotspot and this data plan gets the buyer enough data for a month. If the Hotspot is for the kids, I would get each kid their own hotspot for homework. I don't think it is enough data for games at all. It is okay to use for weekly movies. Also, make sure you are located near the service network in terms of locations of towers to transmit signals. Easy to use.

It will always go in and out. You have to put in a good spot to pick up

I enjoy the convenience of adding data digitally. I dislike having to reset router after adding data. My overall experience over 1 year has been very enjoyable.

I never received my order or my refund and I guess that's how your company choices to do business and I'm tired of chasing you to get my money back

Simple mobile is the worst group of cellular scammers ive ever seen. They refuse to help unless you purchase all new devices, SIM cards, and plans. Paid for a $60 hotspot plan that was for a month. Only worked for a week and expected me to buy another month of service. Horrible scammers.

It's stupid I pay for the service to just not get the pin??? That's crazy.

Im very upset. When going to buy the hotspot device it recommended this item as well. Considering it recommended the item I was like perfect I need that. Only to find out that its 2 separate companies. WHY WHY WHY recommend something that doesnt even go with the product. And of course I was just moving too fast trying to get everything situated for my home. And now Im out of $50 because its no returns whatsoever. Very frustrated with life right now and this is the cherry on top. NO ONE is just okay with $50 going out the window or to me mislead.
