The phone was good overall, however the paper on the back of the phone should be engraved on the phone. Rather than a whole piece of paper that fades out with ink.

The Simple Mobile smartphone was very easy to activate. I opted for the $25 a month no contract plan with 15 gigabytes for my teenager. The phone works great. My son is able to make calls, receive and send text messages. Taking pictures come out clear, but receiving pictures from someone with an iPhone comes out fuzzy. The phone likes to use up a lot of data, because it is constantly updating itself. The phone gets hot if you play games on it for long periods of time. The charger to the phone gets hot to the touch. I don't suggest charging the phone and leaving the house. Other than that this a fair priced phone that works well.

Horrible Phone!! Do NOT buy. From the moment I opened the box, it failed. It froze all the time, people would call and I could hear it ring, but couldn't see the call to answer. It is so slow, sometimes I could see the call but the button would not slide so I could answer the call. People would complain about not being able to contact me but the calls never came through. I lost a lot and f business behind this phone, but you get what you pay for.
