I have been taking ACV supplements for a few years now. I like these gummies because they taste good even though maybe a bit sweet, and I can take them easily. I like to chew on these when I have an urge for a snack and it generally prevents me from eating snacks that I really don't need. Good product at a good price. Much more pleasant than drinking the daily shot of ACV like I used to do.

These do not taste like the liquid acv at all! These are sweet and easy to chew with no gross vinegar taste. I've only been using them for about a week to help curb appetite cravings and so far so good. The only problem I have with them is I want to eat more.

The benefits have been good for me. I have noticed that my gut has been better. I have been more regular and that has kept me from becoming sick or worse. These gummies, as opposed to another company, Mary Ruth, are much sweeter. This I am not a fan of. They taste like sweet candy and almost a bit astringent when eating them. They digest well - but they are quite sweet.

The description states that the gummies include the "mother." The description on the bottle does not state that gummies include it. Plus, the gummies include a lot of added ingredients. Totally disappointed plus the bottle includes an email to contact the manufacturer. The email address is bogus. The email was returned to me as undeliverable.
