First and foremost, Great Customer service! Purchased our first Simple Human trash can for the bathroom because of it's perfect size. Many years and hundreds of openings until it finally wore out. Contacted Simple Human customer service and after determining the can was still within warranty the replaced it in kind! Thank you.

We're very pleased with this 10L semi-round waste basket. It's perfect size for our bathroom & fits between the vanity & toilet nicely with an inch to spare on either side, fitting comfortably against the wall taking up less floor space. The step and lid function well, deterring our dog from eating used tissues. Great product, love it!!

When the city refuse service reduced its acceptable recycling categories, requiring more items to go into regular garbage, our 6 liter white can would no longer work for regular garbage. This 10 liter is just right. It sits next to a cylindrical white can for recycling (now, less material going in). Had to locate this 10 liter by working backward from bag size (we have same model in stainless steel finish elsewhere in house) for website had not revealed it in our initial search.

We use a 10L step can in our kitchen. Reliability that you take for granted! When we had a problem after a few years, we called customer service and they promptly honored the product's outstanding warranty. I will never buy another brand of trash can, ever!

I love it! It's not too big or small. It's easy to clean. However don't use strong cleaning products such as Lysol toilet cleaners because it will ruin the stainless steel. Also clean inside the foot step to open the trash can properly because it gets dirty in there. It looks great in my bathroom and I get compliments all the time.

I purchased this little guy to replace a larger, open, stainless can I had been using in our bathroom. It's the perfect size and I love the super quite closing lid. Also, it fits nicely against the wall, saving valuable space. It really is perfect in every way. Very pleased.

I ended returning then… they're narrow, look smaller in person and the lid doesn't open all the way.., instead of paying $50 for each of these, I bought ones from Target for $20

Our new can is really nice , but it does not stay put when stepped on. Our floors are simulated wood plank tiles with a woodgrain texture. The two feet in the front aren't enough to maintain position, so i have to bend down and move the can out from the wall to open the lid. And that's a pain

I bought two cans. One was a rectangle step can and this semi round step can. I was very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the rectangle can. However, the semi round can was not as expected. Due to the design it is very rocky and moves around and bumps into the back of my wall every time I step on it. It slides backwards or sideways when you step on it to put trash in and it's not very sturdy at all. I've been trying to give it a chance but I'm not very happy with it.
