Simpli-Magic Spin Mop Cleaning Kit with 3 Multi-Color Spin Mop Head Refills, Black/Green

Actually 4-1/2 stars. I'm still getting used to it but I do love the ease of use. For the price this is the best so far and I've gone through electric Bissell's and several others. This is very light weight which I love and super easy to set up and store away. I have tile and wood panel floors and the mop head cleans them well. No residual streaking that I can see. Only thing is when putting the mop into the spin dry bucket from the rinse side the mop head is very wet and leaves water on the edges of the spin dry bucket and that water drips onto the floor. A little raised edging there may help. Like I said I'm still getting used to it so it may be me making the mess and not the unit. It's easy enough to swipe dry. There really are only two things that I would like to see improved: 1.) make the handle longer so I'm not bending over as I pull it. It would be better if the handle telescoped another few inches or perhaps position the handle at the end running the length of the bucket so when I pull the handle up it's already longer. 2.) Filling and especially emptying is awkward. I use the kitchen sink which is easier for me than the bath tub. Because this unit is lightweight it's not so much a lifting problem as it is a messy water problem when emptying it. I don't pull the plug because I don't want it wearing and leaking as I read on some reviews. Instead I tip it over into the sink but I have to do it slowly or the water spills over the edge of the sink. The bucket is never filled past the line but it's still a bit of a juggling act. Like I said, I'm still getting used to it and would still recommend it to everyone who wants floor washing made easier.

Loved that it has wheels. makes it so much easier for me to move it around. Love the rinsing feature on the bucket. It has two rinsing cycles, which I like. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Was not what I wanted, I wanted one that you push down with your foot to make it spin

The mop head is a little small, but is works well. The plug for the bucket was not in the box, so I had to use a wine cork but it still leaked on my wood floors.

The clip on the handle broke the third time I used it, very disappointing

Ive used this mop maybe a handful of times, and it worked great. After a handful of uses the mop handle doesn't catch on itself to wring out the mop and makes it useless. I've reached out to customer support and never received a response on if it's a defective item or that's how these mops work. Which is waste of my time and money. Please beware before buying
