Simplify 6 inch Durable Plastic Bed Risers 4 Pack in Black, 2.75 lb

These have worked great for me so far. I moved to a small apartment and wanted more storage space. My bed was low enough that adding these didn't make it too high. It is just high enough that I can store what I want under my bed now.

I bought these to keep from moving sofas, desk etc. out of our sunken man cave during heavy rains as we are close to the river and have had 1-2 inches of water in this room. These are perfect to raise everything to the level of the rest of the house without having to move it to another room. Now we can just lift the furniture and keep it in place.

I rated it because I was impressed by the time of delivery, and only had a problem with payment. I couldn't use an different card for payment and each card was charged together. Other than that I was satisfied with the delivery.

Bulky and over priced

The plastic support below the bed frame feet needs extra thickness or reinforcement to prevent cracking. I read a lot of reviews and they said that the pieces did **** with too much weight and I agree with the flimsiness assessment.

Terrible. I bought one set and one of them broke the first time my daughter sat on my bed. Since I really liked the height of these and the other 3 seemed to be holding up (with a block under the 4th) I bought a second set to replace the broken one. I have now (just a few weeks later)replaced every one of the old ones and two of the new ones are broken as well. Time to find something different.

My bed pedestals broke through the plastic on 2 of the 4 so I had to cut a piece of wood to add support to the riser. I bought 8 so I had two extra thank goodness. If I had to do it again I would just build a wood riser, that said these might be great for a young child's bed but not a heavy mattress and two adults. Hopefully they will see this and include wooden squares to add support to there product.

These risers are poor quality. After 4 months of use, two are already broken. The legs of the bed completely punched through the plastic. My husband and I are not large people, each weighing about 170lbs. I was disappointed that this product could not stand up to regular use.
