Simply Fit Balance Board, Green, As Seen on TV

It is nice that walmart can get this item for consumers cheaper and faster than original Web site. Easy to use once you get your balance, not hard to do at all, follow the dvd and instructions and you will be fine. Give yourself time,it is fun! I can feel it working in just a few days. I feel toner and I'm just doing basic twist with 3 lb hand weights.

Great idea. I am a 62 year old woman and use the board every day. The DVD shows you how to balance on the board. The beginner workout is easy to grasp and just the right length of time. There are several levels of workouts you can do as well. I can have a full workout without the expense of a gym or clunky equipment taking up space. When I am not using the board, I keep it under my bed.

I am 51, and used to be in great shape. Hurt my back, got better, hurt my neck, that healed and I broke 2 bones in my ankle. 2 years and 40 pounds later just about every exercise bothered my ankle. Friend suggested this, I wasn't expecting much- WRONG!! You have to buy hand weights. Comes with a DVD, or go to YouTube and look up Rosalie Brown. With weights you will get an incredible, full body workout-- cardio & strength!! This board and 2 weights are all you need to lose weight and get fit. It's challenging but not hard. Easy on my ankles and doesn't bother my back like I was afraid it might. Try it!! I've tried every exercise out there, and this is one of the most effective!!

I bought this for myself and it is very fun. It is pretty easy to stay on right away. You can feel it in your legs and abs. Fun to do while you watch TV and you do get quite a workout!

This board is easy to use . Light weight and easy to store . Just started using it so haven't seen results yet but feel the burn

Very easy to use, simple exercises turn into good core work. One warning/tip: after a few uses, it wears a spot on the carpet and almost discolors it (my board is orange), so definitely get an extra carpet square or remnant to use the Board on.

My husband is in plastics and when we purchased this we noticed that it wasn't as smooth as our other one. When we looked at the workmanship we noticed it was shortpacked .... Another words, they didn't fill the mold completely making the bottom waves and not as smooth.
