I love this peeler it's lite and doesn't dig into the veggie your peeling. easy to clean and don't have to worry about rust cause there's no metal. Perfect peeler

Ceramic vs stainless steel
Ceramic peelers work so much better than regular metal peelers. The design flaw is in the mobility. I had one that had a stationary blade. This one is floppy. Still compared to other peelers, I recommend ceramic knives and peelers.

Ceramic blade is better
I much prefer the Ceramic blade over metal ones, as it's easier to control the depth of the peel. My drawback was I'd like a longer handle. I'd look for a less expensive one next time.

Do like that the blafe is ceramic, its size and color, bit was not expectong a plastoc handle.
