they're taking this product in pill form for many years. on doctors advice I went to the liquid form. passing away the liquid drops are much easier to take have a similar if not better effect than the three pills you have to take in the dry formula. highly recommend this product
I have been taking them for a small amount of time. The veggies one taste like a really dirty beet! I mix them with my daily liquid vitamins so it's not too bad overall. I'm hoping these keep me going to the bathroom on the regular
