I'm enjoying this high quality herb that's a mainstay to my cooking. The bottle gives me comfort because it is glass and has a wide open top for the full sized flakes of parsley rather than just fine powder. Feels and tastes like I'm using "the real thing" - best quality ever, short of my own home grown, which I'm no longer able to keep. Bought 2 ~ 1 to give to my neighbors who are originally from Spain. I've gifted them the Single Origin Spanish Paprika couple of years ago & they loved it. The gorgeous fresh scent of rosemary hits you when you open the lid. It is flavoursome and easy to pop on your baked dinner. I love rosemary on baked potatoes and a nice lamb roast.

This Organic Spanish Rosemary is the real deal! I don't have to use as much of it as other brands and the flavor it imparts is sensational. So wonderful on meat and fowl dishes, not to mention roasted potatoes. Love this stuff.

Can't wait to use the high quality dried rosemary herb, for when I make a gluten free sour dough bread. The rosemary kneaded into the bread gives it a amazing flavor, and with a drizzle of organic olive oil it is heaven! yum yum! Thank you iHerb for good deals.

1/2 onion,1 large carrot,diced,1 large celery,diced,1 large potato,diced, 1 can northern beans,2 garlic cloves,minced ( or more), 1/4 tsp salt,pepper and thyme,1 tbsp fresh basil ( can use dried,but it tastes better with fresh),1 bay leaf, 2 cups veggie broth ( or more). 1. Sauté celery,onions,1/4 tsp salt,4-6 minutes soft,not brown,add garlic,thyme,basil,pepp,cook 1 more minute. 2. Add carrot,potatoes,bay leaf,add 2 cups broth,partial cover,simmer 10-20 minutes. 3. Add beans and more broth if needed. 4. Bring to boil- reduce heat,simmer,cover 10 minutes more. 5. You can add macaroni or rice or whatever pasta you like on the second day,if you have left over,just spruce it up. But, this Thyme will certainly jazz it up,you can add more if you like!!

The quality of the spices are the best: always fresh and delicious . I ordered the spices from Iherb many times : the packaging and delivery never disappoints. It has been on my reorder list for a long time. The Spanish paprika is a great ingredient for many different recipes. I like the size of it as well.

this little jar holds enough rosemary for a year of stews and additions to meats or sauces. these needles are very dry, so I crush them well, and then add to liquid to soak or cook until soft good flavor once rehydrated. good for food storage pantry.

This product tastes great and has good rosemary flavor, however, when I used it in soups it doesn't break down and soften. The rosemary springs remain hard and not enjoyable in food.
