It is the perfect consistency every time. There is no taste to it, can use it in hot or cold beverages. Great product for folks that have dysphagia.

I wish I had bought this even sooner. My elderly mom had a stroke and could only drink the nectar thick drinks the facility offered and missed her favorite ginger ale. This worked to thicken ginger ale. Try to let the soda pop go flat a bit, then stir the packet in 4 oz of pop in a cup, slowly for a couple minutes to let all the remaining bubbles out. It might be foamy at first but will settle down as you stir it more.

A doctor recommended this and my grand baby is extremely picky!!! She drinks more now thanks to this.

I don't like the ridiculously high price of the item especially when there are only 80 pks in the box and one pack is only good for 4oz. of liquids. the person I buy this for has been on it for a couple months now and needs to be on it for atleast another 3 months. We both are seniors on a tight fixed income which means buying that stuff, means something else is having to do without. The texture is ok, just praying I never need to use it personally. I can get a bigger box, but thenits $90 or more. the box of 80 only lasts 3- 4 day's.

I just ordered from Amazon due to the package shipping from Walmart being lost/delayed/etc., (this is happening more and more often). I have no review for the actual product yet-am hoping it's less clumpy than Thick-It.
