Pressure washed my two story home, garage, and my mom’s ranch house all in the same day. No issues, probably the biggest plus is that my wife was able to start it with one pull. Bought this based on a friends recommendation who has owned on for ten years and it still starts on the first pull.
I am very pleased with this pressure washer! Much lighter than I expected, very convenient handle that can be reversed to minimize storage space, and the self contained pump is great! Do not have to worry about it running low on oil, or the oil spilling out!
I bought this Simpson Pressure Washer to replace the one I have. My old one still works but I wanted to upgrade to 3200 psi. I wanted the Honda 190C because I expect this to be the last pressure washer I ever own. The Spray Gun was missing from the box but everything else was as expected. I now have all the parts and anxious to use it. My old Pressure Washer was experiencing pump failure but the engine (Honda 160) was going strong.
I bought this as a gift for my husband who has been making noise about wanting a pressure washer for months. He absolutely LOVES this product. He wanted one with a pretty high PSI (I could have bought something much less expensive with lower specs) and since the day the pressure washer arrived he has used it almost daily. He's pressure washed the driveway, the vehicles, the street, the house, the fence, the lawnmower, the garage..... it's almost sick! He sprays at the dogs (playfully), at the grass, at the air..... But he loves it, he's like a little kid! In addition, he is very satisfied with the product, it has been working very well for him. The only thing he doesn't much care for is how the spray tips vibrate out of their little holes. He is considering getting some kind of tupperware to attach to the pressure washer that he can put them in so that we don't lose them. Otherwise though, best-gift-ever. :)
Was half-way thru pressure wash of garage apron when first unit just stopped after ~ 9 years of use. Found out while researching new purchase maintenance/service is required. Stupid me should have known; however, I never did an ounce of service on my first unit, was probably lucky to get the 9 years I really liked my first unit so decided to purchase another. New unit is 100 psi higher than old unit and it really makes a difference.
I brought this because of the Honda engine & it didn't disappoint. Putting it together couldn't be any simpler & on second pull it started right up. Only issue was the plastic shroud on the wand was cracked but after a quick call to customer service they had me another at my house in two days. Can't say enough good things about this company product & it's customer service...
I just replaced my old pressure washer with this new one. My old one was 2200 PSI and was difficult to start. This one is 3200 PSI. It starts with just one or two pulls and It makes pressure washing go much faster as it knocks away the grime and algae much quicker..
I have used this for several projects of the last month. I have found it to be a very good machine all around. It is easy to start, easy to move around and has a variety of intensities for low pressure washing as well as significant high pressure for stubborn jobs! The parts seem to be rugged and connections are secure and tight fitting. I would recommend this product.
My son had done some research on power washers and suggested this model for us. We had considered an electric one but discovered the restriction of the cord and extension cords. We used it to wash a couple of the sides of our house and were greatly impressed. One suggestions, either have as a accessory or option for taller handle to move the unit around. Even if they came as extension to the current handle.
Machine delivered as promised. Very easy cold start. However, if you must shut it off, and you will have to, it may refuse to restart for several minutes. The pump forces a shutdown if you don't activate the trigger in less than two minutes because the pump overheats. This cannot be a break-in problem so now I have to take it (already) to a Simpson authorized service center. I hope they can solve this problem quickly. I thought I was getting the best when I chose Simpson. I'm still holding out for that.
