[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pressure washer has plenty of power, adjustable pressure valve is great to regulate for different applications. Only complaint is the chemical syphon did not work regardless of having the soap tip on or not, purchased separate down stream injector that worked great. Best to use a separate down stream injector long term. Very happy with the build quality and performance of the unit.

After extensive research on power washers, I decided on the Simpson. I love the easy starting Honda engine and the user reviews were very compelling. It was definitely more than I had budgeted for this purchase but it is worth every dollar. After a month of using the pressure washer, I am thrilled with the purchase. If you are undecided, as I was, let me help remove any anxiety. Go with the Simpson...you will NOT be disappointed.

I found this product by using Grok recommended research I received the product to do some partially assembled, I had to drill out the holes for the handles. Upon the first use a wheel fell off, somehow the clip holding it was lost in shipping. After assembly it performed as expected, great so far and good instructions and manual information.

I am impressed by the easy setup, immediate start upon pulling the cord, powerful jet with any tip, size etc. However, after a short break for a water, when I bent to pull the cord my left hand naturally touch the metal top surface of the muffler's cover. Big mistake.Lots of pain. My point is: if that surface gets so hot and is a natural place where the operator will touch, why Simpson did not place on top an insulation protection to avoid an accident? why the warning show on top is in the same black color as the metal surface?

This is my second PowerShot, and I am disappointed. First, the carriage has been redesigned to eliminate the shelf behind the motor. Second, the fuel filter and gasket were missing. Third, the soap dispenser is not working so I will have to take it apart to see if the ball is stuck.

Had a missing item as the wand was not in the box. Have to lug the heavy beast into my local Walmart for a return and then a re-order. I called the manufacturer and they said wands were on backorder and could take 1-2 months. I'm not waiting on that so will just get another one and hope this one has all of the parts included.

I was really excited about this unit, but unfortunately had issues with it straight out of the box. I still haven't been able to use it. I'm no newbie to power equipment and was sure to follow all directions and start up procedures. Upon first start up, my unit leaked (more like spewed) water from the chemical injector port located on the pump and the adjustable pressure regulator knob. I will now have it to take it in for warranty service and haven't even had a chance to use the thing. Was really shocked to see such poor Quality Control in such a leading, strong brand of pressure washers. Very disappointed.
