purrrfectly pure water
the water tastes so great I have good water anyway I'm very fortunate for that however there is bacteria there is minerals and it's hard water so I don't like to use tap water in any of my machines that require water or distilled water but this water is so clear and has literally no taste to it it just tastes like pure water it's delicious

RO water unit needs lot of improvement
Unit produces quality water but installation was a hassle, because o-ring design is side specific and factory installed o-ring incorrectly and caused slow leak which was very problematic to see new unit leaks even following installation instructions correctly, and it was myself to figure out o-rings were installed incorrectly. Also whenever water dispenses, unit makes rattling noise, customer service is very helpful and immediately advise to replace ASO valve (auto shut off valve) and check valve and replacement valves costs are free of charge.

They send you the wrong filters that don't fit, They Say they're compatible with the extra parts that they send. But they're not. flooded my kitchen. Now I'm trying to get them to send me the right me to send a video I told them I'm not turn the water back on and clean it up a mess again just for a video I sent him a picture and you can clearly see it dripping on the picture. we'll. See what happens? If they don't then i'm stuck with a system that I bought and can't get filters for.
