Inwas apprehensive about buying this brand beacuse i had never heard of it but i decided to take the chance anyways. So happy with this AC unit. It was a great price and it work amazing. im using this unit to cool down the main living room and kitchen area in my house. It blows super cold air and cools my house down very quickly! Keeps it comfortable even when its in the 90's outside. Very happy with my purchase!

It is April in Maine so this won't get much use for a few months but I am super excited about the WiFi option on this as well as the gradual temperature adjustment for sleep. Love the size and I was able to carry it myself.

I bought this for my living room and figured I would have to block off the kitchen in order to cool the living room. Boy was I wrong. This thing cools my entire living room and kitchen. I can't even run it lower than 68 because it gets too cold. I find myself having to turn it off so needless to say this thing is well worth the money.

I'd give this unit a B . It has lots of nice features and is lighter than the one I am replacing that is the same BTU so I can do it by myself easier. You will definitely need some window sealing tape because this thing has alot of air gaps...more than my 10 year old unit had. The included seals are not going to help you much. The wifi is a nice feature but even for my house that is very connected, I do not see myself using it. We put a window unit in our bedroom because we like it COLD and it would cost a fortune running the central ac enough to get our room comfy enough.

This has kept me comfortably cool even in 95 degrees out. My only complaint is the Eco option is annoying. It'll run the unit for 20 seconds every 3-5 minutes, ensuring that it will keep everyone awake who's trying to sleep within 20 feet of it. I haven't tried the app, so I can't speak to that but the remote works nicely.

I ORDERED THINKING THAT YOU WOULD HAVE SOMEONE TO "INSTALL" FOR ME...... AND THE PERSON THAT CAME... BROUGHT A/C IN - AND SET IT ..... IN THE FLOOR, MEASURED THE WINDOW... WENT OUTSIDE TO LOOK.... THE NEXT THING I KNEW.... HE HAD LEFT.... NOTHING TO ME..... HE WAS JUST "GONE"... A/C IN FLOOR... GARBAGE THE BOX IT CAME IN... ALL LEFT ON THE PORCH.... I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD PICS

This is the second time I've bought one of these trying to get one in proper working order however it has again come with the ventilation fins completely broken and bent. Don't bother wasting your time with this if you want a quality a/c

I would like a refund but not sure how to get one without paying a high dollar for shipping. My local store will not return since it was an Affirm purchase. This unit barely cools a 16x16 room. My 8000 BTU unit cools this and part of my living room. Extremely noisy. when compressor comes on it has a loud screech, when it turns off it sounds like a large truck gearing down. I had to move it to another room too loud to sleep with it in the room

It cools for 5 minutes in ECO mode then the fan goes on and off while the temperature rises. In the cool mode it never stops running while the temperature goes down. The auto mode seems to be working. Had to use remote to change temperature. Just turning it off and on changed the temperature. In all modes the temperature control arrows have little or no effect on the temperature readout.
