Honestly didn't think I needed this but now I can't imagine life without it. The nugget ice is soft, chewable, just like Sonic. Makes ice faster than I expected and the water dispenser is such a nice touch. Clean up is easy with the self-cleaning feature. It looks really nice on the counter too. 10/10 would absolutely buy again.

This machine produces ice at an astonishing speed, taking as little as 10 minutes to create small, slushie-like nuggets that effectively chill any drink. The output rate for a countertop unit is remarkable—sufficient for daily household use, entertaining guests, or for an office break room. I appreciate that it serves a dual purpose, providing both water and ice from a single device. This helps reduce the need for additional items that could clutter my countertops. It operates very quietly, and the standout feature is its automated self-cleaning cycle, which minimizes my workload. This is a dependable and excellent machine. I highly recommend it.

Unboxing this ice machine gave me such high hopes! it was expertly packaged! Arrived with zero damages! I was stoked to get this thing out of the box and put it into use... but you have to let it sit for 24 hours before use to settle the freon. Did that! The instructions could be much better. Too much guesswork, especially for someone with no experience with these machines. It advertises that it can dispense water as well as ice and that's been yet to be discovered. Took about 20-30 minutes to make enough ice for one cup. Ice turned out GREAT! For the price of this machine, I expected to be blown away by its performance! It's a bit louder than I would prefer, again with the price-I just assumed it was going to be the best of the best. I'm not as impressed as I had hoped to be. i didn't want just a noisy appliance taking up prime real estate of my counters. I wanted something that ensured I had ice on demand...so as long as I start piling some up in the freezer (also valuable real estate), no one will have to wait a half hour for ice. It appears that even when the ice bucket is full, it only fills 1-2 cups at a time. There's 8 of us minimally. This machine might be perfect for others, for us the price just doesn't equate and I feel like I should have stuck with old fashioned ice cube trays. Not because I don't like the ice itself, I just feel like the machine doesn't live up to the position I was hoping it would fill. Few other notable things: The drip tray is magnetic. When putting the water reservoir empty into the machine (set up) it would "push" itself back out. Seems to stay in play with water though. Aside from the pitfalls I've personally found, the machine appears to be well made and with quality materials. I'm happy to have it, just siked myself up thinking it was going to be spectacular and sadly it's just mediocre. *Upon researching- doesn't appear to dispense water?

I'm giving this three stars because technically it does exactly what the description says it will do, but there is a lot of room for interpretation. Yes, it takes about 10 minutes to make ice. But then it gives you a very, very small amount. As you can see in my video and photo, after waiting the full time you only get enough to barely cover the bottom of a glass. Yes, it makes what they call "soft nugget ice." I prefer to think of it as a kind of watery ice, not fully frozen. It's soft, it melts fast, and it doesn't have that solid crunch I was hoping for. In all honesty it's exactly what they said it is. It turns on, it makes ice in 10 minutes, and it dispenses. But I don't think it's worth the money for the tiny amount and the texture you get. I would not recommend it and I would not buy one again.

Ice! I need ice in all my drinks and lots of it. Fridge doesn’t have a dispenser so this was a must get. Makes 33lbs of ice per day. Functions as both an ice maker and a water dispenser. The machine includes a self-cleaning function to maintain internal water lines. Drip tray. Touch screen control panel for simple operation. It has a space-saving design. We fill water bottles every day and this helps make that process simple. Con; overpriced compared to others.
