I am very pleased with this nugget ice maker. It's much bigger than other machines I've looked at. for a counter top ice maker this is huge. it is bigger than my microwave. if you have limited counter space that is something to consider. also, most ice makers are plug in, fill/clean then watch it go. the set-up on this one is a little more complicated but still reasonably simple. what i absolutely love though is the ice! it makes those small chewable ice that i love so much! once it is set up it takes about an 1.5 hours to fill but it will start giving you ice pretty quickly. the design makes it easy to clean. the ice bucket is easy to remove if you want to fill a freezer or cooler. it is also reasonably quiet. if you have the counter space this is a fantastic machine. well worth the price.

Very nice great quality! Quiet not load like some other ice makers. the stainless steel is nice looking matches other appliances. Works great love the nugget size ice.

I've been using this for a little while now and really like it. It makes ice fast, it's super easy to use, and it's nice always having ice ready. Definitely a handy little appliance to have around!
