SinCiDo Electric Fireplace with Mantel for 42" TV Stand, Floor Standing Electric Indoor Fireplace

Very easy to assemble. Color is good and the appearance of the fire is great. Heat works great. I wish the brick appearance was textured like a real brick.

The fireplace was a perfect fit for the space in my kitchen. The color was also the right color and went with my kitchen scheme. I would definitely purchase again if I need to in another color.

Was hoping that the blower would blow a little harder to move the warm air out away from the unit. Was also hoping that it wasn't flat in the front and had textured brick look. Was hoping from the pictures that was true but not. The price was decent

Did not come with assembly instructions and contacted numerous times and still no response. I gave it to my kids to get it out of my apartment. I will look for one that needs no assembly. Beautiful if your able to assemble.

color is off. front piece does not match the rest. we knew it would be cheap quality for the price... but that really causes it to look even cheaper made. trying to reach out to someone for replacement....

Purchased as a GIFT. Altho this is a nice fireplace, I have purchased 8 DIFFERENT Electric Fireplaces as gifts and put each one together ALL BY MYSELF as a 67 year old female and this Fireplace ASSEMBLY was ATROCIOUS bcuz it took 2 WHOLE DAYS to complete as every piece has to be glued with dowels and tons of screws with locks. This was AFTER I WAITED 3 WEEKS for a bottom foundation replacement piece that was cracked !!! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have a day or two and want to wait forever for a replacement part !!!

It looks nice and it was easy to assemble, although it took a couple hours. However, it doesn't work. The heating element keep giving an error code after running for about 30 minutes. I tried troubleshooting the issue and the only option I was given was to unplug it and reset the heating element but that's not practical to do throughout the day. Trying to return it but I was told that I have to disassemble it, and repackage it for return!

Upon opening of the unit I immediately noticed how cheap looking of the appearance of the faux rock. I immediately boxed it up for a returm HOWEVER, this item is NOT sold from Walmart only thru Walmart. Walmart will not accept returns for it they knly take your money. There are alot of bad reviews for this product and the company that sells it S I unfortunately later found out. Sincodofurniture. I HIGHLY recommend NOT BUYING from this company. I filled out the return email and still yet to hear back from them as previous customers have stated. DO NOT BUY FROM SINCIDOFURNITURE. WALMART SHOULD PROTECT IT'S CUSTOMERS BETTER RHAN THIS.

No instructions...the cork board brick piece thing.. was so cheap and plastic looking It was scratched dented and what a mess but I returned it right away.

It worked for 3 weeks now it continues to blink an error code. It doesn't matter if you unplug it all night it still doesn't work. For the amount of money you would think you would get more than 3 weeks
