i didn't read all the way through description until i had ordered the fireplace. i thought it would look cheap. well i was wrong. i love it. it looks like real brick and real wood. my son put it together by himself and had no problem . i would definitely recommend this electric fireplace. and the flame looks so realistic

The quality of this feels really good and heats amazingly well The only issue is my son said it had many pieces and was a little difficult to put together but he still did it by himself took him a couple hours highly recommend

This fireplace is so beautiful, It puts out heat wished it got warmer but it's good. Everyone loves it. It wasn't that hard to put together just take your time and read instructions

The fireplace is just what I have been looking for. Assembly took my husband and I about 2 hours. It wasn't bad at all as long as you follow the directions. Its very sturdy and nice looking. Easy to operate.

It looks good from across the room - it is obviously not brick and looks a little cheesy up close. The flames look good and it adds a nice homey feel to any room. Two issues - 1-the fan is fairly loud-not obnoxious rattling, but not whisper quiet- you know when the fan is on. 2-the heat is adjustable on settings that are 2 degrees apart 62-84, however, the lowest setting is too warm for the room I have it in. It would be nice if there were at least one more setting at the bottom of the scale or a way to adjust the entire scale down a notch. as it is, I have to turn the heat off and on during the day to keep from getting too warm.

Assembly will take a while if you let the glue dry between steps. I took my time so it took me 3 days to complete. No parts missing which was a relief. Some of the holes for the dowels were not deep enough so I had to cut some of the dowels to make them fit. The fire box fit nicely but is noisy at times. Especially during cool down and start up. Once finished the unit is very sturdy and nice looking. One last thing. It comes with glue but it was not enough so I had to get more. Overall a good buy if you don't mind the lengthy assembly process.

The price is great. Putting together is a nightmare. My husband spend hours trying to figure out the directions. He has put a few together over the years, this one the box came damaged looked like sat in rain. wasn't packaged well things missing think we got a repackaged return. Fireplace was pretty but the brick look is just paper looking wouldn't trust for fire reasons, I'm sure its fire material being a heater. Walmart was great doing a return pickup so you can count on them to make right. If you want a real rock like your going to pay more it depends on what you are looking for visually to look at.

Does not look nothing like the picture false advertisement not happy at all with this item. wanted the electronic screen fireplace not a plastic firewood place.

First of all you sent me the wrong color. I can’t send it back because my husband had it halfway put together when I got home. He said it was the most aggravating thing he has ever put together!

In the video on the product page, the flames are clearly flickering. But when i turned on my light, it was a static light with no realistic flame effects
