What a breeze to use! I haven't sewn in years. I just retired from nursing and decided to start sewing to make quilts. I have made quilts before with my grandmother the old fashion way using a frame and stitching by hand. This machine makes the job a pleasure and cuts down on the time considerably.

The computer system seems off , the stich keep getting stuck

to check and see if Manuel's come with it I do not have one with mine it didn't come trying to get one would like information on how to get one thank you

I don't like this sewing machine, it's digital and constantly stops sewing to display a code and you have to down load the manual it should cone with the machine, want to return it for a heavy duty manual sewing machine.

I was so excited when I received my sewing machine. I set up and start working on the baby quilt that I was working and everything was going well. Then C4 error kept coming up. I cleaned the bobbin, turned the machine on/off. Think this would reset it. Nope!!! C4 kept happening this was so irritating. For 2 hours I sat at my sewing table goggling, you tubing this error. This model does not come with a manual, so I had to print all 72 pages off in all languages to get to English. I found a lady on you tube that had this same problem she stated that the belt was off a little. Well now it's midnight and I am drained. So, I got up early the next morning to tackle the C4 error. Well to open the sewing machine wow is changeling. My husband had to help to get the machine open only to find the belt was in place. We put the machine back together. I tested the machine and it worked only for a moment. So, I got the box packed this sewing machine up took it back to Walmart ASAP. The lady at the return desk check to make sure that the machine was in there. So, I walked back to the craft area now I see why I returned my sewing machine most of the boxes was open. So, I am sure that I received a returned machine. I went next door to Michael's and purchase another Singer sewing machine and it work like champ. Leason learned, you get what you pay for.

I have had problems this machine and there no instruction booklet

I have bought and owned many sewing machines over the years and I can tell you this is the worst selling machine I have ever bought! The thread snaps at least every minute so get ready to fix your thread every minute and it makes a horrible noise even though it work, it's just a god-awful machine no wonder they lowered the price you know they have to have a reason as to why they did that. I have 2 other sewing machines that are broke sitting in my bedroom that I bought from Walmart that were hundreds of dollars a piece I think we should stay away from Walmart sewing machines. I'm not a newbie at this I've been sewing for many, many years.Take my advice.

I have only used singer machines and have never had a problem until now. This machine was loud and the thread kept getting tangled and cut off. This machjne was more deluxe than my old machine but could not sew fleece fabric. It was very frustrating.

tried using it a few times. same thing happens, foot peddle won't work and then it will, makes a grinding noise, then won't start and have to turn off and restart.
